I had a great experience with Dr Bell at Airrosti Lakeway! After an exercise injury, my pain level was crippling and limited my normal daily activities. A friend told me about his positive experience so I called for an appointment right away. I only went to 4 appointments before my pain was gone! I still do the PT exercises at home. This is a fast and effective solution to pain relief and healing. Highly recommend!

Whole family Has worked with Kevine at Airrosti – Lakeway since we moved here five years ago. Always a great attitude, always a great experience, always get the problem solved – Anything from basketball and track to just getting older. Kevine is great, staff is great – we strongly recommend!

I arrived bent and broken from weight lifting. Dr. Norris turned my spine from a Jenga tower into a work of art and after a few sessions I left feeling like a brand new human. I am sure I will hurt myself again so I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

I had a hard time trusting that anything would help relieve the pain in my upper back from decades worth of computer work, especially since I am still using the computer daily in my job. Dr Bell was able to release my knotted muscles and help me strengthen stabilizing muscles in such a short time. I'm not only pain free now, but my muscles are strong enough to hold my body in a position so that I'm not recreating the injury. Highly recommend the work they do...it works!

Dr Norris & Sophia physical therapist really helped me by diagnosing, solving, giving me understanding for future prevention of an SI joint issue. It was relatively debilitating for me as a 62 yr old that is fit otherwise. Carrying my 1 yr old granddaughter up and down stairs on my hip seemed to be the trigger. I had a similar pain in my other hip a few years ago and my primary care completely misdiagnosed - went for an X-ray for arthritis that was negative and then suggested pain management. This is my second Airrosti treatment, the first was 10 yrs ago in Houston for bicep tendinitis. Definitely recommend for “soft tissue” issues.

I had a very positive experience working with Dr. Carter Bell for my back injury rehabilitation. The therapy provided both immediate relief and a clear path toward long-term healing. One of the most valuable things I learned was a specific exercise that helps reduce the spread of pain when symptoms flare up. I also benefited greatly from the targeted pressure techniques used on certain muscles, which provided noticeable relief and helped me move more comfortably. While I’m not yet 100% healed, I understand that recovery takes time. The therapy gave me the tools, knowledge, and confidence to continue healing on my own through targeted exercises that strengthen my back and core. I also appreciated that the treatment plan was focused and purposeful. The number of sessions was appropriate and didn’t feel like it was dragging on indefinitely. Instead, the program emphasized personal responsibility and gave me the resources I need to continue making progress independently. I would highly recommend Dr. Carter Bell to anyone dealing with chronic pain or recovering from an injury.

My family has been going to Airrosti for years! They always help with whatever we need. Whether it's for my husband's shin splints, or my daughters Sever's from gymnastics, or me just because I work, chauffeur kids, and take care of many other things and I carry stress in my neck and shoulders. Airrosti always helps. I saw Dr Bell this time and he fixed me up so I can actually work at my computer and not be in constant pain. The exercises are also easy enough I can do them in the car!
